3、 Installation and commissioning of high-temperature heating platform
1. Open the packaging and carefully read this manual and check the attachments (see attachment list)
2. Remove and place the host horizontally
3. After confirming that the grounding wire of this machine is well grounded, it can be powered on for testing;
4、 Heating table temperature setting
1. Press the SET button, and the SV window display unit will flash to enter the setting state;
2. Use the three arrow keys to set the desired temperature (press the shift key to switch between single digit, ten digit, and several hundred digit numbers);
3. After the setting is completed, press the SET button again. At this time, the window will return to its original display and the instrument will enter the working state after the data is stored;
Instrument self-tuning function
When starting self-tuning, the heating system must be in working condition and the measured temperature must be lower than the set temperature:
2. Press and hold the ∨ decrease value button for 5 seconds, then release it. At this time, the self-tuning indicator light AT will light up and the instrument will enter the self-tuning state;
After the self-tuning is completed, the AT light will turn off, and the instrument will automatically calculate a set of parameters suitable for the heating system and store them automatically;
(Note: During the self-tuning period of the instrument, it is not allowed to power off or manually exit, otherwise the self-tuning will be invalid. The parameters of the instrument have been set before leaving the factory; there is no need to do self-tuning again when the parameters are stable.)
5、 Machine precautions
During the operation of the machine, the temperature of the casing is high and must not be touched by hand;
